Where Love Is, There God Is Also

Mormon Messages just published a beautiful video based on Leo Tolstoy’s short story “Where Love Is, There God Is Also.” Russian literature has a rich tradition of alluding to the life and message of the Savior by having characters symbolically personify him.  For the great Russian novelists like Tolstoy and Dostoyevsky, we “see the face of God” as we truly see and serve others.

This story (and video) brought a tear to my eye.  May we see the face of God as we learn to truly see and serve others.
