Kim and I wanted our wedding cake to be unique (unique like our wedding announcement). Plus, I wanted the cake to be easily consumed. So, after much deliberation, we decided to have our wedding cake made entirely out of cupcakes.
Well, not entirely. The top was an actual cake (or a giant cupcake…however you want to look at it). At the top are two little world-traveling figures that Kim ordered—fitting, considering how much we’ve traveled in the past and how much we will continue to travel in the future.
