How did Seth’s message about love have anything to do with religion? It was about not being so self serving and look around you to see what others need… Religion is not part of the message he is trying to convey, its a totally separate issue for another time….focus people! Congrat’s Seth and Kim you are doing it right and TUMBS UP to Seth’s dad for such great advise!.
Brenda,
With all due respect, they are COMPLETELY FOCUSED. Seth’s message about love has “everything” to do with religion/God; in fact, it’s the ultimate interpretation of all that God wants from all of us: to love one another and help one another…..period. It is the universal, blessed language of our Lord that we conduct ourselves in that way. It was a great reading and quite thought-provoking, and personally, has inflicted deeper reflections within. I’m sure it has been interpreted by others in this way too, as well as the way you appeared to have interpreted it. We are each beautiful, unique, individual beings with our own thoughts, opinions and beliefs, n’est pas? We are all on different levels on this journey we call life. We need to ‘thank’ Seth for sharing that and thank God for the blessings he bestows to his children to convey his message(s). Some people go through life not paying attention to ‘signs’ or ‘messages’, maybe even dismissing it to coincidence, if anything at all. Just additional validation of the myriad of levels this existence contains. Carpe diem! God bless.
Amen and well said. Healthy marriages have God involved with every move, emotion, and aspect!
Why do people always have to bring their ‘religious beliefs’ into everything ? Some of us don’t appreciate having religion pushed down our throats at any opportunity. Have your beliefs, you should, but please don’t preach to everyone else 🙁
